All villa occupants need to be registered with the proof of valid identification.
No pets allowed.
No unregistered guests are allowed for overnight stay.
Guests must not consume food in the bedrooms and living room.
Guests must not smoke indoors
Guests shall not sit/lay on the beds or sofa with wet swimmers/towels on.
Entrance door of the villa shall be kept shut at all times and shall not be left unlocked.
Turn off all lights, gas and unutilised electric devices at night or when you are not in the villa.
Guests shall not cause any nuisance, inconvenience, or annoyance to the neighbours..
Guests shall not hang any washing, towels, beddings, which can be visible outside the property.
Guests shall notify the Villa Client Services if keys are lost or damaged. Guests shall bear the replacement fee of USD25 levied.
Guests shall not tamper with any faulty fixture or fitting. However, should report to the Villa Client Services.
Guests are responsible for personal belongings. The management shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings left within, at or around the Villa.
Check-in time: 2PM | Checkout time: 12 Noon.
Any damages or loss caused to villa property will be charged to such responsible guests. However a refundable deposit of US $ 150/= will be taken from guests on arrival.
